Our Presidio home sits on a huge lot, with plenty of room in both the front and the back of the house, close to shops, restaurants, golf courses, and the Scottsdale Airport. Once you walk in through the thick front door with a medieval/speakeasy style peephole, it is easy to get lost through all the corridors and spectacular rooms this home has to offer. The kitchen has all new granite counter tops, updated appliances, electric glass stove tops, tile flooring, and a separate bar area opposite of a built-in desk. The dining area comes with authentic hardwood floors, a long wooden dining table that seats eight, and a ceiling fan with a light fixture for maximum comfort. The double doors on the left side lead to a game room complete with a wet bar, wall-mounted TV, leather sofa, high table with extra seating, hardwood floors, and a regulation size pool table. The living area includes a fireplace, large flat screen TV, antique style couches composed of fabric and leather, travertine floors, and a media cabinet.
The majestic master suite has a king bed, extendable TV, two walk-in closets, and a private patio separate from the rest of the backyard. The master bath comes equipped with his/hers sinks, granite counter tops, and a walk-in shower with a modern glass door. There is a guest house on the property with its own independent entrance that shares a covered outdoor seating area with the main house. The guest house has its own climate control system, two full bathrooms, two bedrooms with two twin beds each that can convert to a king size configuration, and a kitchen with its own fridge and toaster oven. The massive outdoors includes a gated pool, spa, large equilateral grassy area, an available propane grill, tall palm trees, and lots of room to run around.

We are readily available to help with any aspect of your stay. We have also have employed a back-up professional support desk for the rare times when we are not available to assist you.

*Renter data form to include occupant and emergency contact information, and full acceptance of the landlord’s Rental
Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.
*All Renters must submit ID & credit card verification to secure online portal. Minimum age to rent is 25. No Exceptions.
*Daily energy fee to heat the pool and spa $60
*All renters may clean the BBQ grill & refill the BBQ propane tank to avoid fees associated with BBQ usage. Otherwise, tank refill is $15, cleaning is $35.
*Additional terms and conditions apply. You will receive a copy of our terms and conditions via email which you can sign digitally. This is not an executed contract until you sign a copy of the terms and conditions.
*Quiet hours after 9 p.m. to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.
*Standard rates include up to 9 people 5 years of age and older. Occupancy levels above 9 will incur and additional
occupancy charge of $35 per person, per night.
Arrival instruction are sent after completing online Renter Data Form including information about occupancy and vehicles required by the HOA. You will receive a personal property access code after 1 p.m. on the day of your arrival when you call our Arrival Line (number provided in arrival instructions email). For the safety and privacy of current renters, you will not be given the home’s access code or exact address until the afternoon of your arrival. You will be given the location of the homes nearest cross streets, generally within 500 feet of the physical location of the home.
Our standard departure time is 10 am although exceptions are made based on occupancy and between-occupancy maintenance requirements. Early arrival & or late departure fees apply.
Before departing the home, you will be asked to call our Departure Phone Line (number provided on departure sheet left at the home for you) and to leave a message indicating the time you will depart the home. This will alert the housekeepers to the best time to arrive to the home. You will also be asked to complete a Departure form which will include some minor household steps to ready the home for the post-occupancy property inspection and the arrival of the housekeeping staff.
Home comes stocked with a starter supply of toiletries and perishables including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Household supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, coffee filters and trash bags and general assortment of kitchen spices. All renters will be presented with the option to purchase a larger supply of the items mentioned above.
