This spectacular home situated at the base of the Phoenix Mountains Preserve features a diagonally stacked layout with three stories and incredible views of mountains, the Encanto District, and Downtown Phoenix. At night the lights from the city, streets, and skyscrapers below illuminate to provide you with imagery that will last a lifetime, hence where the property gets its name. The ground level features a three-car garage, wine cellar, and a spare bedroom configured with three XL twins, two of which can be combined for a king size layout. The main level consists of a wide upper deck facing south complete with a JennAir brand built-in gas grill, travertine tiles, a negative-edge pool and spa, plenty of chairs and dining areas for taking in the city lights below, and a small lawn that backs up to the mountain behind the house.
Through the glass front door is a regulation size pool table adjacent to the kitchen, which features new marble counter tops, small rectangular natural stone tid with a full gas range, a Viking built-in microwave, and panoramic windows facing south. The open floor plan leads you into the living room, equipped with a large LG flat screen TV, stylish media cabinet, beige carpet, and a comfortable dark brown leather L-shaped sofa. Up the stairs is the master suite that completely occupies the third level, with its own fireplace, private balcony that provides even better views of the city than the main level, and a walk-in steam room/shower combination with several electronically controlled settings. This property’s location puts you close to Biltmore Fashion Park, Piestewa Freeway, lively entertainment districts of central and downtown Phoenix, and hiking trails in the Phoenix Mountains Preserve.
Our field services staff is able to reconfigure the furnishings and bedding in any bedroom to fit your group’s specific and particular bed configuration needs. After you book, you will be directed to complete an online form which will enable you to set up the bedding to fit your group’s custom specificifications.
The main level of the home is up one flight of stairs and consists of a wide upper deck facing south complete with a built-in gas grill, travertine tiles, a negative-edge pool and spa for taking in the city lights. The main level has all of the shared living spaces (kitchen, TV room, Billiards and Laundry rooms) as well as four (4) bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 on the main level includes a large flat screen TV and can be set up with one (1) King size bed or two extra-long twin beds and it has one ensuite bathroom with a toilet, a sink, and a tub/shower combiniation.
Bedrooms #two and #three each have flat screen TV’s and can be set up with 1 King-size bed each, or may be set up with two extra-long twin beds in each bedroom.
Bedroom # four on the main level has a flat screen TV and may be set up with either two (2) King-size beds or as many as four (4) extra-long twin beds.
The main level has a full bathroom (sink, toilet, and tub/shower combination) which is shared by the people sleeping on both the ground level and the main level. This bathroom is in the hallway at the top of the stairs on the main level.

The ground level includes a three-car garage and walking inside the home there is a large sleeping room #6 (with TV) which may be set up with either 1 King bed or three extra-long twin beds.
Please read the following House Rules and we ask that you do not book or request to book if you are not comfortable with any of the following house rules.
* All early arrivals and/or late departures must be authorized in advance and may not be possible based on the home’s cleaning/maintenance schedules, and will incur a fee for the additonal number of hours of occupancy being purchased.
* Quiet hours after 9 p.m. are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.
* Street address and email address must be provided to receive all arrival instructions.
* Renter data form including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy are required within three days of booking.
* Daily energy fee to heat the pool and spa is $60.
* All renters may clean the BBQ grill & refill the BBQ propane tank to avoid fees associated with BBQ usage. Otherwise, propane tank refill is $15 and the cleaning is $35.
* Home comes stocked with a starter supply of toiletries and perishables including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Household supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, coffee filters and trash bags and general assortment of kitchen spices.
